Help against Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration

Hi all.

I would rather not go as far as asking for money, but unfortunately, it's gone so far that I do not see any other way anymore. Will try to explain in the shortest possible way about my case against NAV. (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration)

Small and short background story about the matter;

I'm a person who was diagnosed with ADHD at an early age and where my parents applied for basic benefit to me at the age of 9 years old. This is a benefit (not very much pr month) that my parents got on their bank account until the day I reached the age of 18. The benefit has been a small help to all the wear I've had of clothes etc, as I've been an over-energized boy. The money continued into the bank account year after year and as I understood, this will still come in since it's a diagnose till the day I die.

Not long after, I moved out of parents home and with a cohabitant I get a beautiful baby girl the following year. After a number of years, the relationship fell part and I get a new partner in 2016.

It all started when I moved into a new apartment with my child and my partner in another municipality. A letter dumps into the mailbox from the local NAV office that my benefit is up for consideration. In all good faith that NAV will certainly check my case, I sent all necessary documentation that I still need this benefit. Unfortunately, NAV does not agree with me and stops my benefit the following month.

If a few months and another letter comes from NAV, they have examined the case and found that they themselves have done a serious mistake in their system and will claim back all the money I have received since moving out of my parents homes.

Contacted a volunteer organization with law students who deal with the matter of sending a formal complaint to NAV as I can not handle such a comprehensive case alone against NAV.

Unfortunately, the case has gone so far that they have raised a claim against me at 33721 NOK (4265 USD) - while the case is still in progress. The actual amount was almost 77000 NOK (9740 USD)- without 10% interest. My case is requesting me to pay back 2900 NOK (367 USD) per month for 12 months. The volunteer organization that helps me can soon do nothing more with the case because they do not have the knowledge and resources that a lawyer has.

I am sitting today here today with a claim that I can not handle alone and I have a deadline 21th of August to pay them before they withdraw my salary. When you have, after monthly expenses and debt, about 4500 NOK (569 USD) to live for the rest of the month which will include food, fuel and clothes for myself and my child, etc, and also must pay NAVI 2900 NOK (367 USD) of my remaining money. The money simply does not extend. It may seem like alot to many other countries, but Norway is a very expensive country to live in and my salery is considered minimum.

So I ask you out there online about my last help. The money will be earmarked for full repayment of the case and attorney expenses to proceed with the case against NAV.
