Help about IT & 3D modeling education

Hello all!
My name is Nikola.
Im 21 years old.
I live in Bulgaria in a little town named Svishtov.
I love to do anything with computers and any kind of IT and other technologies.They are my life.
My dream is to study and to work something with computers.
I started to learn some basics for some 3D modelling programmes,but with home education and those basics nobody look at me serious.
Everywhere they want a document that you finished school about that.
So i decided to go in a college for IT & 3D modeling.

But the problem is that i need to collect 780$ for my education. :(
