Help abandoned animals

Greetings people from everywhere,my name is alex and im from romania.I will try to make this short as possible.Since little kid i developed a huge love for animals and I tried everytime to help them how I could.In the last years I ve seen a dramatically increase of stray pets(dogs) wondering on the street and sometimes they attack people out of nowhere and i been thinking myself how can I help community and the animals both at the same time,maybe building a shelter or maybe find them a loving familly,the authorities dont care that much and I decided to take this matter in my very own hands ,so I m asking from all the people out there who wants to help or animal lovers a small donation even 1 penny each we could make a huge change.I have faith in humanity.
