Help a young family to cope with her2+++ breast cancer

Hello. My name is Victor. My wife is Natalia. We have a daughter name Milana. At 28 years old, Natalya was diagnosed with HER2+++ breast cancer stage 3. She underwent surgery a part of the mammary gland was removed. Also metastases were found in seven lymph nodes, all lymph nodes were removed from the right armpit. Thereafter she had chemotherapy (AC + Paclitaxel + Herceptin) and radio therapy procedures. That treatment ended at october 2016.

Then at october 2018, Nataly was diagnosed with a relapce. She underwent surgery, right breast was fully removed. The doctors determined the nature of the tumor. Again, like last time she has HER2+++ breast cancer. Chemo requires very expensive medications.

This time the treatment for Nataly requires 12 injections of Paclitaxel and 18 injections Herceptin + Perjeta, which are very expensive. Each injection costs about $ 2500 (total drugs cost + clinic service) and have to be repeated every 21 day until december 2019.

I have to fly to Moscow every 2 months and make the purchase of that drugs for about $ 7000-8000 per time. It is impossible to take away more at a time, based on the standards of hand luggage on the airplane.

Last time did it at January 15, 2019 I bought drugs for $ 6800. This is enough until March 14, 2019.

Also I pay the clinic services every week (about $ 250-300).
