Help a young ambitious woman realise her dream!

Thank you for your interest in my campaign, its really appreciated!

My campaign is not like most others, and that may make it harder for people to feel it worth donating to, but hear me out, I promise it is 100% worth it.

I have been trying to start up a business for a long while now, but of course it doesn't happen overnight. What I hope to do is not an original idea, however it is a very risky and difficult one. I would love to buy old worn down properties and renovate them; then selling for a profit.

I have always had a huge interest in real estate, I love architecture and interior design. To be able to do this would be an absolute dream come true for me..I can't emphasise that enough!

I've had this idea for a long time now and I've done a lot to get everything sorted for the process. I have a business plan made out (including the future projections), I have carried out extensive market research in the area that I hope to buy and sell in; I've found out exactly what people are looking for when buying properties and how much they are willing to pay and much much more. I have budgets made out for each section of the renovation project. Once I have the money for one property, renovate it and sell it, the money I would get from the sale would be the money I use for the next property. So, your money would be working its magic for a long time to come! As you can see, I'm extremely prepared for this.

However, I'm not just prepared, I'm 100% committed, determined, and ambitious. I'm the type of person who would follow this through to the end no matter what, and do every last thing possible to make it successful. I honestly can't tell you how much this means to me and how much I would love to be able to do it.

You wouldn't just be helping a young woman like me, you'd also be helping out an entire community! This type of project would involve me hiring a lot of different people to help me with it. This means that many unemployed people would be in employment for a long period of time. Many people who already have businesses set up, like construction companies and furniture companies, would also benefit from this, which in turn is keeping the employed people in work. Also, its adding money to the local community which will help our local economy overall. Its really a win-win situation.

I've tried to make the money on my own but I can't make enough, I've saved 2,000 over a long period of time; I'm just not earning enough to be able to realise my dream. I haven't been able to get a loan either as the bank has declined. I do extra jobs here and there too, on top of my regular work, to try and earn as much as possible, but its just not going to cut it. I'm also studying in college at the moment so theres only so much time left in the day, I physically can't earn anymore.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out here. You won't regret it I can guarantee you that. I will post updates and pictures of how it is coming along once I raise enough money to buy a property. You will be able to see first hand exactly what your money is doing and how many people you will be helping. You will also have my never ending gratitude and appreciation, if that means anything to you!
