Please Help a Women’s Center in Oakland, California

Please help fund a great women's center in Oakland. We need so many things for homeless and/or battered women and their children and there have been too many cut backs lately to keep up with the need. Primary things needed are: soap, toothbrushes, baby food, baby bottles, children's clothing, shoes, & socks, etc. We would also like to get more art supplies and children's books for the Children's Room where I teach art classes for children and their mothers, including counseling and rehabilitation support.

Everything raised goes towards getting these things for the women and children who visit the center, except for the GoGetFunding website hosting fee. If you would like to donate items please message me, I can pick up any donated items in the SF Bay Area. If you live far away, I can also give you an address where you can send donations. All book donations are welcome but especially beginning reading to pre-teen levels are currently needed.
