I would like to start this campaign with the aim of growing my business upon growing the business help other women in the same field.

I have a fully compliant and registered construction company, however the challenge is getting work, I must say I have suffered the wreath of our male counterparts in the industry such as blocking work opportunities for us women, in the event you get work they will go out of their way to make you fail, or they will put barriers and limitations that if you have no plant they dont have work for you.

The need

I would like raise funds to buy a bakkie and small construction plant need to execute work such as

Rammer

Plate compactor

Brick cutters

Contrete/tar cutter

Jack Hammer

Vibrator

Concrete Mixer

Generator

Kerb Lifters

Brand new or refubished.

As soon as I buy the above, I will able to hire them out as well as break some of the no plant limitations that we get faced with and the bakkie and equipment with sustain itself.

How will I help women

As most women cannot access loans and other business funding due to their low credit score and no access to funds. Priority to hire will be given to women, with a flexible option to pay as soon as they get paid on a particular project or job. Additional to that the hiring cost will be lower than the commercial cost to enable them to grow their business as well.

In addition they will be trained to use equipment, rather than depending on men to operate on their behalf and charge them a lot of money while they can operate themselves and save.

From all the proceeds raised ill buy more plant and hire it out.

Your help not only will be empower us as women, it will help us put a plate on thw table as we are breadwinners.

COVID 19

Covid 19 impacted our small businesses however it doesnt mean you give, it simply meant be flexible and think of other ways to generate an income hence I am pursuing this
