Help a Vet

           I am a 53 year old Air Force Vet and I will be having surgery in March at the Ann Arbor VA. I have a very large para esophogial hernia. I have to see the cardioligist at Fort Wayne VA on Feb 23 than back to Ann Arbor on the 25th to see the surgeon and they will set the date than. The surgery will be 4-6 hours than I will be in the hospital there 6-8 days. The recovery will be 2 months long they tell me. Although I was told not to lift over 20lbs i have being pushing myself to make all I can until than, I am a handyman and work is slow right now but I take what ever comes in. I have a management job set up when the bldg gets down managing a skating rink/banquet hall. This should start in May also so I just need to make it until then.
