Help a struggling filipino student survive.

My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer year 2017 and for the past years we have been struggling with finances. My mother is the only one who works for our family so when she got sick, chain of reaction started to happen. My father was not able to find work as he only attained primary level education. Right now, I am an out of school youth for a year and have been working part-time since my educational attainment is not eligible to work for a good paying job. I only earn 375 pesos a day. (7$/ a day USD) here in our country I need funds in order to venture out a small business so I can continue to study. As here in our country, you cannot find a decent job when you do not have a college diploma. Seeking for your help.
