Help a Struggling Family

Hello everyone! My mom and I have been struggling with the bills since February when our car broke down. When we got the car in February of 2016 we had to get an older car and get it financed more than what is was worth so I could work. The car broke down a year later. The prices we got to repair it was far more than we had, so the money I had saved up was only enough to purchase a cash car to get us around. We are still making very high payments on the car and insurance payments every month. That has put us behind a lot. My mom can't work because she's disabled(so she doesn't get very much a month being on disability), so she stays at home and watches my daughter for me. My job varies on hours every week and i try to pick up as many as I can to keep us a float, but since that isn't working, I've been applying for a more consistent job. We are always pushing off bills which makes them all a month behind and hard to catch up. I have been selling as much stuff as I can to make sure that the past due bills get paid. We've ran out of reasonable things to sell. We've accessed local charities and help around town but they can only help once a year. That is why I'm asking anyone who reads this for help.
