Help a struggling (and injured) college kid

Never thought I would have to do this. But, here goes. My name is Zach. I'm a 22 year old college student. I do have a part time job but of which the pay basically just covers bills such as car payment, insurances, etc. Recently, I have encountered a few hardships. A few of these come from the realm of health concerns. Over the summer, I developed a skin infection of some sort which left me with red bumps all over my chest and shoulders. Not to get into it as to save the gross details but by the time I made it to the dermatologist (as I didn't have enough money to go before) I was left with bad scarring from the infection.   I have been going to the derma now for around 6 months and have doctors visit bills as well as medications bills that are adding up not to mention treatments and such. To get on to the next health concern I'm facing has to do with my love for sports. I love to play sports I played football and soccer in college (was the kicker in football lol). I also coach a high school soccer team. I was playing indoor soccer in november and I just planted kind of awkwardly and felt a pop in my knee and dropped to the turf. I didn't have money to go to the doctors so I didn't get my knee checked out until about a month later and it turns out I tore my ACL and part of my meniscus. We had to do surgery right away because the way my deductible is set up with my health insurance I have a 2500 dollar deductible and I had already paid a ton in dermatologist visits so we found it best to just get surgery before the end of the year. It is now the beginning of February and I have still yet to pay a penny on anything with my knee surgery. My boss made me take a week off after surgery (I wanted to work) so that hurt me quite a bit financially. Not to memotion having to pay every bill on my own from phone bill to car payment and all insurances. I don't even have a savings account how am I supposed to save any money.  The last reasons for why I have to ask for money are as follows. My car is a year 2000. It's falling apart. The check engine light has been on for over a year just haven't had any money to even be concerned about what could be wrong with it. The exhaust pipes are broken under the car and hanging down dragging the street. The transmission is running horribly. It's just nearing it's last leg. As I said before, I am a college student. This is my 5th (and hopefully final) year at my university. I go to a private university which is crazy expensive per year. I live at home so I don't have board fees and I also get a lot of money in grants due to coming from a low income family. However, this is not nearly enough to cover all or even a large portion of tuition. I am nearly 40,000 dollars in debt to the school not to mention some of the money my mom is in debt for putting some loans in her name. The dean of my particular branch in the college also doesn't want me to graduate because of an error my adviser made by telling me that we could waive 2 classes that she doesn't agree with. So I may have to go another semester after this one, which I planned to be my last, which will put me in even more debt.  I am in a tough spot in my life financially but I can't really complain. My life is good. I have a good family, a good girlfriend, and a good relationship with God. I got it easy compared to a lot of people in the world. I just am in need of a little assistance, at this time, is all. If you can help then thank you so much but if not thank you anyways. Any amount will help. I just put 2000 is the goal I don't know what to expect on here this is my first time ever even seeing something like this. Any amount will help really. Thanks for your time
