Help a small family to get our own home

A family of three(and a dog😀) is looking for some help to try to get out of my family home that is old and crowded and start a life on our own,but with a debt for basic life needs and a school expenses for a child are unable to get a loan for a house of our own and in Croatia a loan with privileged terms for young families living is reserved for chosen ones,and when you say privileged terms,interest is still so high that you pay them for one more apartment or house so for average working people is unreachable as almost all paychek is going for loan payment and is impossible to get it without connections in politics.

We are both working hard(not begging for anything)but for reasons said above are unable to get a loan and just want to live on our own and any help would be greatly appreciated.
