Help a single mom with two disability children

My name is sharon hall i am single mom with two disable kids who i love so much. having two disable kids has a put a financail strain on my single income, to provide for the neccesary needs in order to give them a quality life. doctors visit, therapy and basic care that is need to care for my kids with disablity as put a major financial and emotional strees on the family. i want to be able to provide for my kids and give them best education they need to function in todays society. with your help and support i will be able to provide better quality  life for both my kids. my son name is kavon and my daugther name is serena with your help and support i will be able to send them to school and provide for the medical needs and support through this difficult time.
