Help a Refugee to complete his Education

Hi,

My name is Ahris Ali. I'm currently living in Japan with my family as a refugee. We moved to Japan in 2015 because my father and my whole have a danger of life in my country. We came to Japan to save our lives and live a better life here. But in Japan, if you are living as a refugee, it's a whole another story. As you know Japan has the lowest refugee acceptance rate in the world. We as a family didn't know about it. My father's friend told him that Japan is a great and the best place for safety and quality-wise. And it's true but only for normal people, not for refugees. As a refugee, we had a lot of problems but it wasn't a big deal for us at all.

But on the 6th of January 2021, a life-changing tragedy happened and it changed our lives. We got rejected as a refugee in Japan twice. And we can no longer stay in Japan. In Japan, if you get rejected as a refugee, you can reapply your case. And in this period you get a visa and working permission also. In 2017, we got rejected and we reapplied with some more proofs. But we forgot that it's Japan, not Europe. After your reapplied case gets rejected, it's all over. All you can do is reapply from the beginning but this without a visa and working permission. You can only wait until a miracle happens and the government accepts your case. And this is happening to us right now. You can also search on google about refugees in Japan. It's worst than the media shows.

What you can do for me?

My family is currently living on a "karihoumen" visa status. "karihoumen" is a special permission of residence visa. On this visa status, we can't work. We fought until we are fully exhausted and we are still fighting for our rights. Our case is genuine but the government can't see it. I'm current 18 years old and I have an elder sister who is 20 years old and a younger sister who is 15 years old. We, siblings, are studying in Japan right now. I'm currently studying in a "senmonn gakko" also called Special Trainee College. My elder sister is also in "senmon gakko" and my younger sister is in High School. We are facing a financial problem right now, We are no longer able to pay our college fee. As we are studying in Japan, we also applied for a Student Visa. But they also rejected that. I and my elder sister have to pay about 350k Japanese Yen in which we already paid about 100k. If we back up right now, our struggle gets wasted. We struggle so hard to learn Japanese and to fit ourselves in a new culture. Our academic score is also above the most Japanese. I will also attach as many proofs as possible. I know it's hard to believe but it's a bitter truth. Every refugee in Japan struggles like us and they give up and go back to their home countries in which they don't have a guarantee of their lives. But we chose to fight and we fight until we can. We are going to become an inspiration for many refugees here.

私の名前はアリ アヒリスです。５年前にパキスタンから難民として日本に逃げて来ました。パキスタンには命の危険があるため帰ることができません。家族には父、母、姉（20歳）、自分（18歳）と妹（15歳）がいます。私と姉は今専門学生です。姉は日本に来た時に、年齢的に中学校に入学が不可能であったため、2年間がんばって日本語を勉強して中卒認定試験を受けました。なので今私と姉は専門学校1年生です。

2017年に難民不認定とされしまって異議申し立てをしてもう一度見直して欲しいとお願いしました。普通通りの人生を送っていた私たち、今年の1月6日に入管に呼ばれて異議申し立ての結果もダメだったと伝えられました。本当に人生を一気にひっくり返したかのような時でした。異議申し立てもダメになってしまうともう他に方法がないです。帰国か収容か仮放免で暮らすかしかないです。行政書士さんとお話をしたところ、私たち兄弟は留学生ビザの申請をできるが両親は難民再申請をして結果を待つしかないという方法を教えられました。なので3月4日に申請のため入管へ行って来ました。4月26日に結果のためまた行き、私たち兄弟は留学生ビザの審査も通りませんでした。両親は難民再申請の結果を待っている間は仮放免で暮らす判断されてしまいました。仮放免では就労許可がないため働けません。生活はお金を借りてどうにかなりますが今一番困っているのが学費です。皆さんも知っていると思いますが専門学校の学費はとても高いです。私は英検準1級を持っているため資格特待生制度のおかげで210万円中、約60万円が免除されました。残りは分割払いにしてアルバイトをしながら払っていく予定でしたが、今こんなことが起きてしまってアルバイトもできない状況です。私と姉の学費を合わせて残り約250万円を払う必要があります。
