Help a mother reunite with her children

Hi I am a mother who has lost my children due to the their ' father's domestic issues explained below. Please help donate so that I can have the chance to be reunited with my loving children.

This is my story...

When I was in university my 33 year old Ex approached me in a religious chat room that I was on, which my mother knew I was using, and pursued my mother and made us promises that he did not keep. He told both me and my mother that he loved me and that he wanted to become a Muslim and marry me!

So my mother gave my hand in marriage.

I married this man in 2008. My then husband, today ex husband, brought me over to the UK from Pakistan where i was born and raised and where I had a very happy, settled family life and lucrative job.

He did so on the basis of false promises that he would become a Muslim and follow the Islamic Faith.

Together we had 2 children, as seen in the pictures, though faces are blurred to protect our privacy and integrity.

Shortly after this, my then husband and father of our children, today ex husband's behaviour changed and he became cohersive and controlling.

Over the years he has subjected me to psychological, emotional, physical, sexual and financial abuse.

In 2014 this man that I had come know as my husband and father of our children, left me and the children and moved out of the house, because he had found another women. I was left without any money, and he also abandoned his Islamic faith. Later he divorced me for this other women.

The children had lived up until that point with us, their mother and father, and continued after that point to live in what became my house after the divorce, with me, their mother. I allowed my then and now ex-husband and father of our children, to see our kids as much as he liked.

BUT that wasn't enough to satisfy his insatiable desire to annihilate children and I. My then ex-husband and father of our children applied to Court to take the children off me, claiming parental alianation, even though he was allowed to see the kids whenever he liked.

In December 2017, the Family Court removed my 2 children from my care, even though they had lived with me throughout their entire lives and had a close bond with me. The children were then placed with their father. The Court did so on the recommendation of a psychologist who purported to be impartial as well as my ex-husband and father of our children's, new girl friend’s REFFERAL.

However, it subsequently transpired that the psychologist supported 'Fathers for Justice' and attended their meetings.

Moreover, the psychologist was involved in a crusade to promote her own theory of parental alienation.

“I am all for fathers having contact with their children, because they have an essential role to play and They are a pillar in childrens lives”.

But in this case the children father allegations were disingenueous.

Later, 2 eminent Consultant Psychiatrists and one eminent Psychologist said that the psychologist was in fact wrong and wrote reports to that effect.

A travesty of INJUSICE had happened, the damage was already done and the Court would not admit the new evidence from the qualified professionals or reverse its decision as the Court‘s Psychologist was not qualified to give a diagnosis and was a charted psychologist and not a clinical psychologist.

From that point on it has been extremely hard for me to see the kids and I often have had to beg my ex-husband and father of our children, to see the children.

Today my ex-husband and father of our children controls the contact that I have with our children. I only see them once a week for an hour in a contact centre and I have to pay £99 per session out of my meagre State Benefits!

My ex-husband and father of our children has even attempted to stop me communicating with our childrens' new schools! Indeed My ex-husband and father of our children even went to Court to change the childrens schools because the old school supported the children and were concerned about the allegation that children had made to their Dad.

And now on top of it all, if it wasn't bad already, my ex-husband and father of our children is attempting to reduce the time that I spend with my children, without a Court Order!!!! from once a fortnight for one hour. To date, all my efforts to develop contact have fallen on deaf ears!

Please help me correct this injustice!!!

I need to raise money to get a solicitor and a Barrister to represent me in Court, which I today do not have the money to do , because my ex-husband and father of our children took ALL the money that I and we had saved and all the money I had before meeting him, which left me with 0 £ and I now live off the money I get from State Benefits, which is so little that I can hardly pay rent and food, And on top of that, I need to pay for the time I spend with the children.

I cannot rely on the my ex-husband because he gives me little to no chance to develop any form of relationship with our children.

My ex-husbands behaviour is narcissistic and he delights in watching the anguish that the children and I suffer!

Time is short and the children are growing up! They are of today 11 and 9 years of age and when they were taken from me, our smallest boy was only 5 and the our girl only 7!

Only the High Court or the Court of Appeal can put this matter right; because the injustice is systemic in my local court.

PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!

I need to raise £15,000 to bring this sorry saga to the attention of the senior Law Lords, who need to overhaul the entire system of 'secret family Justice.' And this is an ideal case which exposes many procedural flaws in our Justice system.

This will help other families too as this has to come out in the open.

No sum is too small or insignificant!!! After all, an ocean is made up of many drops!
