Help my mom fight kidney stones

Hey everyone!! My name is Gigi and I’m here because I want to help my mom, Grace, raise funds for her medical bills.

She is the pure definition of a good mother. She is my world and my biggest role model. I don’t think I’ve ever met a woman who’s so strong. She had to put with so much to raise my siblings and I and even when she fell sick she still tried her best to provide, because that’s just who she is, a good mother. When she fell sick we thought it was just simple backaches that would eventually go away. But the pain intensified and so she travelled abroad for medical attention.What the doctor told her was quite heat breaking.

He said she has Kidney stones.

The doctor said everything would be okay once she took proper medication and kept up with her appointments. And we were doing just that, got her medication and every few months she would travel for her check ups. Everything was going great until last year. Because of the pandemic, she couldn’t travel and that only led to her condition getting far worst than we could imagine.

We were able to take her to the hospital a few weeks ago. The doctor discovered that the stones have a increased in size, and flushing them out is no longer an option. The total cost for surgery is $10,000 here in The Bahamas.

I told my friend about everything and she suggested I start this fundraiser and hopefully generate some funds to help out.
