Help a mother escape domestic violence

I am an 18 year old girl that just matriculated. I grew up both in Israel and South Africa. Both my parents are Israelis, we have moved here about 9 years as my dad has a job here, However my mom does not. My parents have not been speaking for quite some time (still living in the same house - not divorced) and they are constantly fighting. The situation is extremely bad. My mom wants to get a divorce as soon as possible, but she does not know who to turn to or the cost it will be (regardless of the price, she does not have any money whatsoever to pay for the divorce or get a lawyer). If there is anything you guys can help with, it would mean the world. I cannot see my mom hurting this bad all the time.
