Help a Mother start a new life and go back to her Daughter in the Philippines

Please help me help my sister..

My sister is in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates as an overseas Filipino Worker.. She haven't been home since 2010, as she was working and supporting her daughter back in Philippines, her daughter is now 16 years old (the last time they saw each other was May 2010) her daughter was 7 years old back then.. My sister is a very hardworking, loving and family oriented woman, She's now 34 and she's been a single mother since she was 17 years old..

Unfortunately, my sister had an accident back in March 2016 and broke her right arm badly.. She was on cast, unable to work for 6 months after the operation (they put a metal on her right arm) and another 6 months for therapy to straighten her arm and start moving it again..

Right after the accident, she was forced to resign from her job as the company will not be able to wait for her recovery.. The domino effect started, she is unable to pay her bills and credits while she is struggling to find another job.. Soon enough the creditors and the lessor of her apartment filed a case against her and she is banned from traveling.

She is staying in Abu Dhabi without job for over 2 years now, as the government doesn't allow anyone to renew their visa if the individual has an existing case. In addition, her passport has been deposited at the courthouse.

Her debt from creditors pile up with interests and got up to over 70,000 Dirhams. The court requires the full settlement before the travel ban will be removed and she will be able to renew her working visa and starts her new job, failing to do so will result for her arrest and jail time as per the UAE Financial Court until she is able to pay, unfortunately she will not be given a chance to have another work visa, plus the travel ban is still active which makes it impossible for her to come up with the money.

I am begging for your help, our parents are old and our father is paralyzed. My niece is eagerly waiting for her mother to come home and be with her again.

Let us help my Sister be reunited with her Daughter and our Parents, and start her new life again.. Any help would go a long way.
