Help a Med Student get a New Car

I'm a foreign Med Student living in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MX. This semester I start going to the hospital to do my practices and I've seen myself in need of a car to do so. I could use the bus, but it's very expensive for.me to take 4 buses per day and make a 2 hour bus trip to go to the hospital and another 2 hour bustrip to come back home everyday. I don't have too much time to get a job and pay for a new car, I have to mantain my grades up to keep my fellowship, and my mother doesn't have too much money to help me get a new car, she is a teacher and lives alone with my siblings. So that's why I'm trying to raise some funds to buy a used car and restore it.
