Help a lesbian couple get away before getting arrested.

Hello,

We are Shakii and Mona a young lesbian couple from Egypt and we are in a serious danger. We are facing a tough persecution and bad treatment from the government here after the last events against LGBTQ because of raising the rainbow flag at Mashrou' Leila concert.

Luckily we weren't at the concert but since that day we have no peace in our life, The police is literally attacking, monitoring and looking after the LGBT community, and some of the people that we know who support LGBTQ rights in Egypt got arrested because "the police thinks they're homosexuals" without doing any sexual activities or breaking any laws.

That makes us feel unsafe that we can get arrested any moment just because of some photos on our phones or the way we dress or just having a rainbow bracelet !? Because that's actually how they arrest LGBTQ people. So we decided we better meet less than before for that reason and another reason which is my homophobic family discovered my sexual orientation when my big brother was stalking my phone and that made him, my elder sister and my little brother beat me down and I was isolated without my phone and my laptop for 8 days.

The only way we can get rid of that fear is by claiming asylum but we can't afford it. So we need your kind help to get away from Egypt, one of the most homophobic Islamic countries to a safe country that can afford us LGBT rights and treat LGBTQ community members as humans. I'm still studying medicine and my girlfriend is already working but her job won't cover all expenses as we attempt to get out of here so our suffering would end and I can study in a better place with my girlfriend.
