Help a Kurdish Refugee reunite with his family after 5 years

Pinar is a 28-year old displace person from Kurdish-Syria, who has been living in Athens, Greece for for one year and a half. Prior to coming to Greece he was in Turkey for 4 months, where he was beaten and tortured by the police because he is a Kurd.

He did not receive any help from the Turkish government, and so when he could he fled from Turkey and made the dangerous journey to Greece. Meanwhile, Pinar's family also managed to escape Syria and to arrive in Germany safely. Pinar has completed his asylum procedure in Greece and now has a travel document which allows him to legally travel in Europe.

Now Pinar dreams of travelling to Germany to visit his family, who he has not been able to see in five years. However, his situation in Greece is very difficult as he cannot find work and depends on the small amount of support provided by NGOs. He needs your help in order to fundraise to help him pay for the tickets to Germany and other travel costs.
