Help a Homeless Legless Man Learn

I'm currently staking in a hotel in Athens, Greece on holiday. Near my hotel sits a homeless man who misses a part of his left leg and can barely move himself because of that. After walking by a couple of times and sometimes giving him some change I tried to ask him one night if he wanted a cup of coffee too. That was the moment I found out the poor man doesn't even speek Greek and that he is from Rumania. After some translation by someone from the neighborhood I managed to buy him a cappuccino freddo, which is what they call ice coffee here. For one moment he was the happiest man on earth and that made me happy too. I'd like to buy this poor man some new clothes, a proper meal and a guide to learn Greek. Of course not all homeless men and women can't be helped but I think a man who misses a leg and doesn't even speak the Lang of the country he's living in should at least deserve a chance to learn the language to give him at least a little chance in this beautiful but poor country.
