Help a Fisher out?

     We are the Fisher family. Were a family of four from Illinois who are trying to make a fresh start. Both adults are currently unemployed due to layoffs and have been struggling to provide even the bare necessities. Unfortunately the food service industry (culinary arts) lacking adequate job security mixed with the rising costs of living in Cook County, has made it nearly impossible to dig ourselves out of this hole. Relocation to an area thats affordable, provides assistance for education, and offers potential for a small family owned business (catering, restaurant, etc.) is essential to the success of our family. My wife and I have a combined 15 years experience in the food service industry and our dream is to open a family owned/operated restaurant that gives back to our community. We have located an area that we feel confident in doing the things mentioned above. However, we lack quite a bit of money needed to make this happen. We are asking for your help.
