Help a first-time author

As a first year LLB student at the University of Mauritius, my dream is to be a strong female lead as a future lawyer in the parliament to push other girls to emancipate. However, I feel like we do not pay enough attention to older women. In my book, which I have started writing since my time at the Queen Elizabeth College, I portray the distress of a single mother who sells her body to survive.
