I am a father of 2 young kids (aged 1 and 9) and have fallen on some hard times in paying our electric bill. It has accumulated since the pandemic started last year and I was not able to pay the monthly payments because I fell ill and was not able to work. If it gets cut off, my kids will suffer the most. We are running out of time to settle it because we had been given a deadline. It so happens that there is a total lock down here at our city and that is why we still have power and disconnections are not yet implemented. But if the lock down gets lifted which is anytime soon, they will be enforcing it already.

My work will also be affected because I work from home as a freelance website developer.

Because of this, I am trying to raise 35,000 pesos ($750) to pay for our bill to get us out of this precarious situation.
