Hello, whilst this is probably the most difficult thing I have had to write about in my life, I must do this for my family. I am the proud mummy of 2 boys, 18 months and 3 years old, Until recently I was working nearly full time as a legal secretary and P.A, as well as being a waitress 5 nights a week, freelance translator when possible aswell as any other odd jobs available. My husband not been able to work so that he could be home with the children as I had what we considered a stable job as a p.a. Plus anything else that came our way. After doing this for 3 years (and missing so much of my children's lives) in November of 2018 I finally had the breakdown I was warned that I was going to have unless I slowed down or lessened my workload (however anyone that has children knows this is not possible when you want to make sure they have a roof over their head and food on the table). After been diagnosed with stress, anxiety and depression by my gp. I was unable to go to work for a while. After a few weeks of being signed off for these reasons, I was sadly let go from the stable job I thought I had for life, as they did not want to wait for my mental and physical health to get better. This then became an added stress to my already bad condition. Unfortunately I then had to give up my job as a waitress as my doctor would not allow me to work whilst in the condition I was in.(and am still in) After so many blows my confidence and strength was knocked right down to the point that I couldn't even leave the house. My husband then taking care of us all and doing what ever odd jobs he can, however always struggling to find anything permanent. I am very fortunate to have a few good friends that have been life savers in helping us with regards to contacting the local church and local charities for families without resources, which has got us by untill we could get back on our feet. However, after these last few months of struggling and trying to apply for the social security payments for the unemployed due to health conditions, we are now facing eviction and legal action to be taken against us if we do not settle the debt in unpaid rent and utilities that have accumulated since November. As the landlord has reached the end of his good will and will no longer wait for us to pay what is owed and let us remain in the house that we have been in for nearly two years, we are been forced to leave the property and settle all amounts outstanding with him before we leave otherwise they will proceed to take legal actions against us, which I really could not cope with and do not want my children having to go through this. I feel I can no longer ask people close to me for help and am praying that some good hearted people out there will see my cause and find it in themselves to please help this desperate family move on to the next chapter of their lives and start afresh. God bless x
