Family in need of a little help....

We have a family with a disabled son and mom who are living with their 75 year old Grandma. They recently lost their Dad to Drugs and now the mom and two kids are barely surviving. Money is needed for food and housing for the upcoming year. Mom has tried for 5 years to get disability and they keep denying her. She had a stroke which caused her to have seizures. Since then she has not been able to find a job with her seizures ( insurance risk ). She can not drive and has to have someone with her at all times. She is only 43 years old. The handicapped son is 16 and is now being homeschooled mainly because of his disabilities but also because of his mom and her needing to be monitored. There is also a great 12 year old girl in the family her daddy was her world so she is needing counseling. Yes the State helps them with 200.00 in Foodstamps and they are appreciative for all they get. They just have moved into a very nice little place and it has reduced the seizures because it is like a stress free zone for the mom. If we could get some money for them for the year the stress would be lifted off of them they could eat and mom could have less seizures.
