Help a family and stop the injustice.

 Judge entered default judgment against them because they were late in getting to court although Plaintiff and his attorney were also not in court. The family was in court and the Calendar Clerk told them and all who came in late to leave and try to work out with their landlord.  Landlord never made an appearance that morning.

The Plaintiff's attorney's secretary called later and said the lawyer was on his way to court.  Judge then granted attorney for plaintiff judgment although attorney was not in court. Defendants were in court but were 5 minutes late. Defendants were there and when they called the Plaintiff's attorney they said case was to be at 1:30 p.m.

The Plaintiff's lawyer's secretary was surprised when Defendants called her office about the time and later lawyer went to court and got a default judgment.  Help to stop this injustice.  The parties will return to court on the in November. The Plaintiff's attorney went to court and behind closed door received a judgement in his client's favor.  Please help stop this injustice today.  This is Cobb County Court, Georgia.
