Help a Dog

I am humbly asking my fellow dog lovers to please help Choychoy He's fighting for his life now. He is a street dog. He's the most severe among the (7) dogs. These dogs were abused by a drunk man by pouring acids. Save the life of this doggie... a victim of Animal cruelty done by a heartless human. The animal welfare still has no response with this incident and no action was executed. For now we can only focus on saving the life of choychoy rather than making the man punish.
