Help A Determined Business Woman save her Stationery Business

I am located in Kingston,Jamaica and have this vision of starting a stationery business right in the middle of a school zone. I have the ideal property with direct access to the schools including a university, 3 high schools 2 primary and 1 private prep school. The property has to be mortgaged and it needs renovation. I I have already paid my deposit of $9375 but I need the remaining amounts to finish paying on the property and complete adding inventory to the business before I can open the store. I did my down payment since October 31, 2017 and have not been able to come up with the additional funding. My sales agreement expires on January 31, 2018. Being a new business no bank is willing to give us the loan as we do not have any collateral or enough capital. So I have wasted all this time trying to get a bank loan and no I am at risk of losing the deal I have gotten for this ideal location. I need your help to make this dream a reality as I have invested already all my savings in the deposit, valuation report surveyors report and my energy. This dream of mine is a very good investment as well. So if anyone wants to sign on as a partner I would also welcome that.
