Help a couple meet for the first time

Hello, my name is Reinaldo Fernandez, from Venezuela, and I am desperate right now, so here it goes:

I need a very special favor from you....my girlfriend Dawn and I have been dating online for 3 years, but because of general situation in my country it has been almost impossible to go to the USA to meet her in person, and with the new restrictions my government is putting on, she cannot fly here to meet me.

So we thought of something. I can go to Colombia by road, and she can fly there, but here's the deal, she had some people living in her house who she trusted but actually robbed her, so she is short on money, plus I want her to know I am serious about us so I want to pay for her trip.

In my country, you need special government permission to use dollars online, and we are only allowed 300 USD a year for internet purchases with credit cards, so going through Paypal is the only choice I have to get her ticket, since the airline accepts paypal payment I hope there’s people out there that can help me finally hold her hand for the first time in 3 years... I just don’t know what else to do to get to see her.

The money raised will be used 100% for her ticket and one night at a hostel, since I have my own means to get to Colombia by land.
