Meet Willow. She is 8 years old. She was diagnosed with ESRD last October 2017, and we were devastated as she is such a sweet little angel to have had this illness. End stage renal disease (ESRD) is the last stage (stage five) of chronic kidney disease (CKD). This means kidneys are only functioning at 10 to 15 percent of their normal capacity. In general, hospice patients have six months or less to live. When patients living with kidney failure choose to forgo dialysis, how long they can live depends on the amount of kidney function they have, how severe their symptoms are and their overall medical condition.

She is undergoing dialysis every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, 4 hrs per session which costs them about $280 per session. Her parents, mother is my cousin, is doing part time jobs as a clerk and a librarian, juggling the expenses with her husband who is an IT consultant.

We wouldn't want our little Willow to know that we are all feeling sad for her. As you all know, me and my cousins are trying to help them support her financial needs, medically and with their everyday living. The parents are juggling part time jobs to make sure Willow gets all the things she need.

We appreciate all the help we can get. All proceeds will go directly to her medical assistance, nothing more, nothing less.
