help a carer

hello my name is Danny and I care full time for my friend who has severe epilepsy, I am also suffering from vitamin deficiency. my goal is to gain my driver's license so I can carry out my friends care needs. I have no help from family and would be grateful for your support. we do have access to a car but the dwp will not help me get my license and being able to leave the home for me and my flatmate would help the depression a lot.
