Help a Broke Scam Victim from an Employment Agency

I have asked the destiny ad the situation why this is happening to me. But things are not easy for me these past two months.
My name is Chester Justin Meneses, from the Philippines.
I am a nurse in a tertiary hospital, earning around $ 480 per month. I hoped for a better life in applying for work in Dubai which offers three times of salary that I have here in the Philippines. I paid all the expenses needed from the down payment of placement fee to the fees of examination (which I passed; DHCC). credential fees, dataflow fee, processing fee, fees to travel from our province to the capital Manila to process all the papers. My agency instructed me to resign from my work because I will be deployed supposedly on July 25, 2019.

Unfortunately, the deployment did not happen. And my dreams are in doom. The agency became unsure of what will happen to my deployment. They made me resign, without money, without help of what the disaster they made to me and my career. I have loan hefty amount of money just to fund my dreams of able to go abroad and earn for my family. Now, It ended with the agency's fault. As of now, the agency won't pay any amount to help me start again. I am knocking to your heart, to help me start again. Currently I am broke, and can not even start to work again because It is really hard to have work here in the Philippines. Please help me start again, I need money to pay my debts, and by helping me, you can save my life.
