Help a blind father for a braille-display

Hello, my name is Nenad from Vienna/Austria. I'm a blind father of two lovely kids, 13 and 14 years old. They are visiting the gymnasium (junior high scool) in vienna. My braille-display is no longer working. It's 18 years old. Blind people read the computer screen with a braille-display.(Finger touches the braille-dots). Now I lost the connection to the world and the rest of my family. So, it is not more possible, to help my children by their home exercise. I can not longer read my mails, scan letters and documents. Blind people use the computer as you use a normally pen. Please help me to get a new braille-display. This will give me  more sense in my life back.
