Help a baby with Acute Liver Failure

My son is currently in an ICU at the Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center in Mandaluyong City Philippines and is suffering from acquired acute liver failure (considered as biliary atresia) and pneumonia.

He's been in the hospital since Thursday, (May 18, 2017) with bills currently running at almost PhP 200,000+, and is still increasing by the day. He is currently relying on a ventilator also to monitor his vital signs. His doctor recommends that he needs to do a biopsy to check the official diagnosis of his liver. A liver biopsy can cost PhP 25k - 55k in The Medical City, Ortigas City Philippines. According to the doctors, he might need a liver transplant in the future if it was really diagnosed as biliary atresia to help prolong his life. But they couldn't promise that he could live a normal life due to his history and it was too risky.
