Help a 23 year old get his teeth back

Hello! My name is Kristjan I'm 23 years old and I really need some help. I have never begged for money or anything like that but now I'm in a bad situation with my teeth. Like I said I'm only 23 and I have dental issues with my front teeth. They break easily or fall off and soon I can't eat normal food like anyone else because I don't have teeth to bite. It's so embarrassing to be with my family or friends if they make a joke and I have to cover my mouth when I laugh. I have already gathered 1600 Euros in 2 years but now my teeth are getting worse. Sometimes I can't even go to sleep or I wake up in the middle of the night because I have to take painkillers because they hurt so much. I work at a construction site so my salary ain't so good plus I have a family to feed (My wife and my 3 year old son) and I have to pay rent for my apartment.
