help a 17 year old transgirl start her transition

I am a 17 year old transgirl from Lithuania who really needs to start her transition but doesn't have money to do so. My mom is supportive but unfortunately she does not have a stable income plus 3 children. The town is small with no opportunity for a job that would provide enough money. The dysphoria got really intense these past few months to the point where I was thinking of hurting myself. It would mean the world to me if I could finally be myself without suppressing it.
