Help a 13 year Old Girl Be Healthy

I have never done this before. I am disabled with cerebral palsy, epidermylosis bullosa and also multiple sclerosis. I have a caregiver to help with daily needs, eating, showering laundry etc I would be lost WITHOUT her.
She is originally from the Phillippines and has a niece there 13 yrs old who has rheumatic fever. The family has no money at all to cover monthly cardio tests and penicillin injections. "Baby" Ella will need ongoing treatment for 5 / 8 years She also recently had her father pass away so it's just her Mum and Brother left. I want to help as her Auntie my caregiver is my lifesaver really. Annual treatment costs are about $1700 for Ella any help no matter how small will help. I hope to raise enough money before year end 2016 to pay for one year of Baby Ella's treatment.
She will be left with permanent heart "damage" as a result of her sickness but the treatment gives this young girl the best chance of a "normal" life. Any and all help no matter how small will be appreciated.
