Help 70yrs widow to get water and electricity

In the name of God, the Most Compassionate the Most Merciful

my Name is Mohammad Alwi, i am here to get fund to help my neighbour, which her house is already demolish about 2 years ago, her Name is Atikah, a widow 70 years old without a kids and relative to help.

She is living alone, she can live from other helping give money and rice (as its main food here in indonesia)

For right now she already get aid from someone making her basic house for she is safe from sun and rain, but she dont have water and electricity for basic daily need for lamps.
For now she get electricity from neighbour house, which is only giving here about 4 hours of electricity.

And for water she have to carry the water alone from neighbour around.

I hope i can get someone here helping her to get water and electricity, so she can get enough light and water so she can live normally.
