In our project area in bukedea district eastern Uganda, a number of 4 homeless orphaned children aged 6-12 years is involved in serious child labor and rag picking in the community. Late parents of these vulnerable children rented out 5 hectares of land that was meant for children to settle in for a living when they grew up but suddenly they passed on without getting back the land from the people whom they rented out to. According to our meeting with clan leaders associated to this family on matters of these children as why they are living life of homeless and helpless in community, they said the late parents rented out all the 5 hectares of land that they had because of extreme level of poverty. These 4 young vulnerable children have no future of getting back their land from the people their parents rented to. Let’s join hands together to support these children to get back their land from the users who needs only $1000 to give back land to the children.
The life of these children is at risk now as they are homeless and needy, besides getting back their land; they also lack support for education and daily basic needs of life. Give a helping hand of as low as $1 towards contribution of $1000 to get back land for these children to settle in to earn their living.
The home is very important and its habitat and settlement need for every human being.
We appeal for your support to address this challenge to save these 4 homeless children who have greatly victims of vulnerability and homeless in community of our project area. The land will help these 4 orphaned children to plant food crops to support in their basic needs welfare as well as support in education as Uganda is back born for agriculture.
Getting back hired land to 4 orphaned homeless children in our project area is our mission.
