Help 2 War Veteran with Leukemia

My dad is 2 war veteran who has Leukemia and needs bone marrow transplant. He is good man, is a soldier who fought in 2 wars and worked happily in the food industry after retirement , survived prostate cancer, suffered but still continues with PTSD, Always helping everyone and knows no strangers, goes out of his way to help everyone. In debt, renting from a slum lord who refuses to fix things, needs new home as air conditioner has been leaking causing mold and mildew and constantly wet flooded carpet which the landlord still wont fix, health hazard for his lungs which had complications due to leukemia and chemo and just overall unhealthy for his weakened immune system. Would like to move him into a newer place with extra space for my kids and myself in case i have to be a long term caregiver , I have been staying with him and caring for him during this storm and my kids at my aunts as it is not enough space and school zone concerns , also need special bathroom etc as he is a senior and will need extras for his new life as he has become more disabled after advance chemo and after run ning around  with undiagnosed leukemia for 7 months dealing with the local military hospital and yhe department of veterans  affairs. So he has some needs and i need drivers lessons and a car in case i need to transport but safe and proper housing is main need ad he will need clean proper environment after bone marrow transplant , eventually may need specialty car to be able to drive self if possible in future, would like lawyer to blow the whistle on VA for medical negligence as my dad was sick for 7 months , they saw the white blood count being way to low and fever and lung problems for 7 months of emergency room and follow up visits  and didnt diagnose , test or treat until 7 months later which left him open to additional illnesess and gave him further complications, trying to have him a new place to go to before he goes in for bone marrow tranplant and is released , doctors letter with diagnosis and treatment available
