Hello…Help Program

The proponent and convener is a group of young individual visionaries - Prof. Allain Paragas, a professor in one of the universities in Zamboanga; Jason Mahinay, an IT expert connected with a government agency also in Zamboanga, Gerry Jazareno and Dove Lee Alibasa, both are independent marketing entrepreneurs, Cesar B. Ortiz, healthcare provider (nutritional medicine), and other core leaders from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao region including the Sultanate of Jolo, Sulu. This group is identified as HELLO… HELP.

ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION AND VISION –

• To enable Zamboanga City to be classified as the New International Headquarters of Research for the functional food supplements in the Philippines involving local and foreign companies in the industry; with satellite offices in Basilan, Lamitan, Jolo, Indanan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, ZamPen areas, and other key communities in the country;
• Provide better opportunities and support to individuals and groups who are willing, able and committed to change their lives by promoting good health practices, and transform their future towards achieving the best of health, wealth, success, financial and time freedom;
• Setting up of the envisioned 5^th International Health Business Center in
• Financial, Technical concern in the implementation and managing
• Selection and hiring of Admin officers /Staff; setting up operating
• Formulation of rewards and incentives;
• Sponsorship and financial support for the establishment of the satellite

• Train and develop entrepreneurs in the food supplement industry ; and to promote the traditional and alternative healthcare in the country by tapping the Philippine Institute of Traditional Alternative Health Care Inc. (PITAHC), an agency attached to the Department of Health of the Philippine government;
• To put up well-equipped traditional and alternative health care in the satellite offices strategic located in the provinces as initially mentioned and identified by Hello… Help group; and likewise train qualified health workers who are local resident of the place who could deliver quality and world class medical care as adjunct and complimentary to government health services;
• strengthen sales, productivity, creativity and synergy among new distributors and leaders in the nutriceutical science;
• lock up funds needed for the full mobilization, production, sustainability, reward and growth of the team and entire organization;
• revolve the fund capital on a long-term basis towards achieving far, greater results in creating more avenues for personal growth and development of individuals working the system;
• increase and sustain the number of break rankers every month and send the biggest delegate in the mid-year and year-end annual recognition;
• provide all distributors with the needed full and fund support, reward incentives and life-changing trainings and learning opportunities to excel in the program;
• deliver the mandate of the organization and promote a healthy competition among members in becoming world-class distributors and/or nutriceutical representatives;
• bring out the best in all the team members in advancing the cause and advocacy of HELLO-HELP Program;
• maximize opportunities for sustainable development in the initial pilot areas in Zamboanga City, Municipality of Mabuhay, Lamitan, Basilan Province, Jolo and Indanan, Sulu; Bongao and Tawi-Tawi islands;
• empower more leaders to become break rank achievers and agents of social entrepreneurship through the full implementation of the PROJECT: 4TF NOAH SEE of the new Millennium.

PROGRAM GOALS AND OBJECTIVES –

• Empower the individuals with the needed knowledge and skills on health education, life-coaching, learning opportunities towards holistic empowerment and livelihood program in the context of promoting and enhancing social entrepreneurship;
• Enrich the lives of individuals and their families in achieving financial stability and increase their self-esteem, productivity and creativity in leading the organization towards sustainable development at all levels;
• Implement various programs and activities that shall enhance, nurture and advance the personal growth of the members in the team in achieving their greatest potentials, to empower the marginalized poor in every region.
• Synergize the team effort and best practices of the organization towards creating a holistic, peaceful, productive, happy environment conducive to learning and personal growth amidst individual differences and cultural diversity;
• Train, develop and educate more leaders in championing the cause of Filipino dreams and produce more social entrepreneurs who shall be the real catalysts of social change and development;
• Recognize the various talents and skills of individuals who excel in the program and who are serious and dedicated in advancing the cause of the advocacy;
• Achieve the best of medical science and technology, success and service in a happy, wealthy and stress-free world!
