hella need artery cut and heart strategy

This is the case of 6 years old female child name Willa Halle Hurtada from the City of Koronadal. She was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease,Tetralogy of Fallot,Multiple Collaterals. According to Willa's grandmother , Her daughter Michelle delivered to Willa in a full term with spontaneous delivery at SCPH. Willa was not diagnosed right away with the disease until she was brought to a clinic as her mother noted that at 3 months old, Willa had episode of cough which led to her OPD check up. During the check up, the doctor was considering that Willa was having a Heart Problem and so, Willa's mother was advised and referred to a pediatric cardiologist in General Santos City for further and thorough evaluation of Willa's condition. Days after, Willa together with her mother went to General Santos City and finally got their appointment with the reffered Specialist. During the check up,Willa was requested for 2D Echo in which result concluded with Congenital Heart Disease,Tetralogy of Fallot, Multiple Collaterals. At the time a surgical management was highly considered but with the Willa's at very young age at 3 months old,it was not possible. The doctor did not take a risk,however everything was explained to Willa's mother regarding her daughter's risk Condition. The heart operation should be done when Willa reaches the age of 2 but unfurtunately was not heeded due to lack of financial resources. Her mother did not have a job at the time, until she finally decided to go abroad as what opportunity best for her just to earn money in preparation for the long time schedule of Willa's heart operation. Willa was left to her grandparent's care on her mother side. She remained on a very weak condition and easily got tired with shortness of breathing even with maintenance medication. It wasnt easy on Willa's mother working so hard for her and knowing her condition. After 4 years working abroad, her mother went back home and Willa is already 5 years old at this time. Unfortunately, Willa's condition was still the same and even got worst. Her mother brought her again to the specialist at General Santos City and was requested for 2D Echo result that fragile condition that wasn't getting pretty well. Her status gradually worsened even with the maintenance medication. Her doctor advised for Open Heart Surgery as soon as possible. Willa's mother know's that is has been financial problem that hold's her for Willa's Heart Operation that is why she went abroad. though she have save a little but given the costly amount needed for Willa's Operation still her saving is not enough. Willa is the first born child. Her father died so early when her mother was 3 months pregnant with Willa. It was her mother who took care of all responsibilities and been working so hard for Willa. As known her mother is a Receptionist in which income is very limited considering that she will send money back home to support Willa's basic needs and most especially her medication. With the problem at hand, Willa's mother was so worried daughter's condition. They are worried on how to raise money and she can't afford the cost of the surgery.
