Helkp the children

My grandchildren are 20 and 21 years old.  I have raised them since they were 4 and 5 years old.  The parents did not want to do the job, "it was too stressful" and the other grandparents were dealing with Breast Cancer on her and Liver Cancer on him. So I took on the job, which I enjoyed very much.  Both of the children were in sports, both were in Karate (although J decided to stop when she was in 9th grade) which was fine as she was throwing herself more into her grades.  She works at Walmart and goes to college. D was tested by 7 Black belts, one a 10th degree in March of his Senior year in high school and was presented with his 1st degree Black Belt.  He works at Walmart, went to college for one year and decided he would rather go into the Army.  He is currently  teaching two Karate classes and working out at the nearby gym.  Both of the children need new cars as the clunkers they have are put together with bubblegum. I will not be able to help with car repairs or pay utilities on our home as I have been fighting uterine cancer since 2011.  Surgery, radiation and then a few months off and thought everything was fine and then CT scan showed it was back...this time radiation and Chemo and then thought all would be well, at least the doctors said so until the last doctor, 3 months ago was honest and told me I would be taking Chemo every Friday and when I needed Hospice he would let me know.  I asked how long and he said about 6 months, but only GOD knows.  My faith is very strong, but I also know my body and next week I am going in for a lung biopsy and from there I have no idea what they will do for medication, but I know my body and the Cancer is winning.  Please if you can even send one dollar it will help my children....I adopted both of them so they are my children and grandchildren.  Thank you for your time and generosity.
