Hello everyone and thank you very much for your generosity and care for all of us at the peacock county store. We were the lucky ones in this horrible fire. Our unit was the only one not effected by the blaze. Our funiture and cloths were fine without fire, water or smoke damage. However, they are determining wether to demolish the unit as well with the rest of the building. We hope that it will stay because we absolutely loved that unit. It was in essence our DREAM HOME and would love to come back and live there again. We felt it's historic presence and Antiquity. We prey that it can stay, as it is the only thing left of the beautiful peacock country store and residence. So if in any way it can be saved that is what we ask for. We were very fortunate everyone got out of the fire safely and thanks to the many firefighters two worked all night and day to fight the blaze. Any donation would be wonderful for us to relocate for awhile. We have a horse riding business in Ringoes and need to stay locally. Many thanks and love to all of you who have helped us through this horrible fire.
