#HeartForFaith : Help a little girl raise funds for her open heart surgery.

We at MarianasMomentous Events Management made this GoGetFunding campaign with hopes of helping a relative of our founder, Faith Xiana.

This adorable little girl is Faith. She is only 2 years old but already been in and out from the hospital since she was born. Looking at her photos you could see how gentle she is, greeting your face with an enormous smile and bursting with her own unique personality. She radiates joy and energy. She is one of the strongest girls in the world and she needs our help.

She was diagnosed with down syndrome / trisomy 21 and was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, ASD and VSD. Her parents can't afford the operation cost because her father is the only one providing for the family. Her mother was forced to stop working so she can take care of Faith. Her father's weekly salary which is only Php 2,400 is sometimes not even enough to buy milk and diapers for both Faith and her older sister. Not to mention other expenses, like electricity, food and water.

Her maintenance, Lanoxin, Thydin, and Furosemide already costs Php 3,500. These medicines are only good for three months and only half of that is sponsored by DSWD.

She was adviced for ASD & VSD closure as soon as possible through an open heart surgery. We urgently need to raise funds for her medical needs as required and operation to cover the rest of the costs.
