Heartbreaking legal battle

Hi, my name is Claire. I am a single mom to 2 very precious little girls, ages 6 and 4. In 2016, my husband, of 10 years, left us. He soon filed for divorce. Subsequently he has moved in with his partner and to add to the heartbreak, they have had a baby. This has been the most traumatic and devastating situation for our little family, especially since we both longed for a family that took 4 years to start. These girls are little miracles. The legal battle is horrible and he doesn't stop with his emotional abuse.He has defaulted on the bond for our home and I have been summonsed by the bank. I am not being unreasonable with what I want out of it all, but he just fights about everything. Court fees are high. I have even had to have a forensic psychological test done to save my children. This cost was astronomical too. This is not what I wanted for our little family, and I have fought tooth and nail and did everything to try and save our marriage and family. I'm hoping that in some small way, you can assist me in being able to cover the cost, of something that I didn't ask for, and now sit with.
