heart transplant

my 12 year old son was rushed to the E.R. on sep 26 2013 and was going into heart failure from having pneumonia that turned into an infection. worst day of my life my wife and his 2 little brothers and older sister. thankfully he is here with us today from having a heart transplant on Christmas eve. we already had a benefit before the heart transplant but before the benefit i had got into a car accident and didn't have car insurance and since i didnt have car insurance my license got suspended for three months and had to quit my job that requires a drivers license. i really liked my job even though it didn't pay a lot. so now my wife and i are doing what ever we have to do to get by. so far we had pawn almost all of our valuables and had taken a loan out on our truck that's going to get repo soon. i think the only thing we have left is each other our wedding rings and some stuff that are the kids but don't want to have to sell any of there stuff.we owe about 1,500 on car loan and the stuff in pawn shop is around 500. i am more worried about losing the truck then the stuff in pawn shop. would just like to leave here by saying this is not a scam. our story was on our local news and can be viewed on their website http://wqad.com/?s=daniel+lyons or go to wqad.com and search for daniel lyons. please help and thank you for helping my family.
