HEART SURGERY FOR MY 4 YEARS OLD DAUGHTER WITH CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE AND HYDROCEPHALUS IN PROGRESS

My daughter (RHIANNE CAITH ALLONES) just turned 4 years old last August 17,2019. she can't speak, and can't even crawl. She was diagnosed with Conginetal heart disease when she was just 6-7 months old. Her cardiologist told us that my daughter should undergo heart surgey when she reach 3 years of age and we're told to prepare half a million philippines currency. And we also recently found out that the reason why she can't even speak and crawl because she also has a HYDROCEPHALUS in progress. meaning to say there is a volume of water in her head that continue to increase that also needs surgery and we have to prepare the estimated amount of half a million philippines currency. And she is growing so slow.. if you look at her now she is just like a 6 months old baby. My job isn't enough to save money for my daughter's surgery. So im begging for help for anybody who has a golden heart to share us your blessing to have my daughter cure.
